Follow the following Steps:

Go to My Account.

Click on Profile.

Click on Edit Green Button at the right side of Permanent Address.

Here User has Communication Address & Permanent Address Columns and fills these Address columns separately.

If user has same Communication Address & Permanent Address then user has only to fill the Communication Address, after that Click on Checkbox then his/her Permanent address will filled automatically.
